How do you ensure the meals stay fresh during delivery?
All Bondi Meal Prep orders are packed in insulated thermal boxes with non-toxic gel ice packs. This ensures your meals remain at a safe, refrigerated temperature for up to 8 hours after delivery.
When is the cut-off time for placing an order?
To ensure we source the freshest ingredients, the cut-off for Sunday and Monday deliveries is Thursday at 11:59 PM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following delivery cycle.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our drivers will leave your box in a safe place at your delivery address. You will receive a text notification once your order has been successfully dropped off.
How long do the meals last in the fridge?
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to be consumed within 5 to 7 days. Each meal is labeled with a specific 'Use By' date. Most meals are also freezer-friendly if you wish to extend their shelf life.
Can I customize my meal plan or swap ingredients?
While we cannot customize individual ingredients within a specific dish, we offer a wide variety of dietary options including Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, and Vegan. You can easily manage your subscription and swap meals through your account dashboard.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if a meal arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or credit.
